The Emerson's Foundation is Making A Difference Locally

Nominations are open for the latest round of The Emerson’s Foundation donations

The Emerson’s Foundation was set up to help transform our local community and we are now looking ahead to 2017.

To date, the foundation has donated £3,150 to local charities and causes which will make a positive contribution to people’s lives – not only here in Armagh but also further afield.

This year we aim to help more people in the community and our committee believes you can help us to do that.

The Emerson’s Foundation is a fund, which we, as a supermarket, have built up over the years. We want to use the money generated to help people in some way or other.

Since it was set up last year we have donated money to the Air Ambulance of Northern Ireland, Action Cancer, Run Armagh, Rural Support, the Caledon Pensioner’s Christmas Dinner and the Caledon Village Defibrillator Fund.

Not only do we make donations but we host fundraising activities in Uluru Bar & Grill, we allocate space so people can do bag packs in the supermarket, we allow people to do collections at the supermarket entrance and much more.

This year, we are here to help again.

Are you raising money for a charitable cause?

Do you know of a charity which you would like to nominate to us?

Emerson’s Supermarket, The Wine Store and Uluru Bar & Grill are in a position to help our community. You give us so much so we want to give something back.

If you wish to put forward nominations, simply email our committee through our contact form which you will find here – http://emersonsfoundation.org/contact/

We look forward to hearing from you. You can help us transform local communities.
